Why psychotherapy? Because you are worth it.
Psychotherapy can help people with or without mental illnesses. It can encourage or maintain mental health, contribute to improve the life quality or support the individual lifestyle. Work and private life can trigger many different emotions such as fears, anger, grief, guilt or shame, some of which are no longer understandable or clearly related and may lead to dysfunctional behaviours.
Psychotherapy also assists in the personal development and in the development of one's own resources. It even has a preventive effect, protects against mental illnesses or keeps people stable after a first or recurrent mental illness. It contributes to self-care, makes us happier and more confident.

Settlements:
From July 2022, the Federal Council introduced the arrangement model for psychotherapy. This means that if you have a psychiatric illness, you can now be billed via basic insurance by order of your doctor.
If a psychiatric diagnosis is missing from the International Classification System for mental disorders, the treatment must be self-financed.
